Agencies, consultants and creative shops often get asked for a website that sits outside their main work. Turning those requests down feels wasteful, and building them yourself takes time away from what you do best. A white-label arrangement lets you offer the site while we handle the build and the hosting.
This page is for the owner or account lead weighing that option. It explains what we take off your plate, what stays with you, the kinds of client requests that suit this setup and the ones that do not.
What white-label means here
You present the website as part of your service. Your client deals with you, and we work from the brief you pass along. We build the pages, write the copy, test the contact form and set up hosting. The finished site is delivered in a way that suits your arrangement.
We keep it practical and small business sized. Our focus is sites with a handful to several dozen pages, not enterprise platforms.
What you would pass to us
- ✓A brief per client — business, services, audience, goals
- ✓Brand assets — logo, colors and photos supplied by the client
- ✓Content direction — what pages are needed and their purpose
- ✓Approvals contact — the person who signs off changes
Requests that suit this arrangement
The best fits are ordinary small business sites that your client needs done properly but that would distract your team. Think of a social media agency whose restaurant client wants a menu site, a branding studio that just delivered a logo and keeps hearing "so where does this go online", or a marketing consultant whose landscaping client has a page that still lists last year’s services.
What those have in common is a clear purpose: tell visitors what the business does, where it works and how to get in touch or book. When the request is mostly that, we can carry it from brief to launch while you keep the relationship.
Requests we would talk you out of
- ✓Client logins or member areas — we do not build accounts or gated content
- ✓Custom software or databases — outside our small business scope
- ✓Promised search positions — no one can honestly commit to those
- ✓Editing inside another builder — we rebuild onto our hosting instead
What your client actually sees
From the client’s side, the experience can look like your own process. They answer your questions, send you their logo and photos, and review a draft that you forward. Their feedback comes back through you, and the finished site goes live on their own domain, which stays registered to them.
If a client asks a technical question you cannot answer, you can pass it to us and relay the reply, or bring us into a conversation when that is easier. Which of those you prefer is something we agree before the first project, not in the middle of one.
How the first step works
Partner pages are inquiry only. You fill in a short form telling us about your agency and what you expect to need. We then call you to talk it through and see whether it is a good fit. We do not publish wholesale prices, margins or commissions on this page.
That conversation is where we cover scope, turnaround, how handover works and what support looks like. You leave knowing what it would take to work together before anything is built.
Good questions for the first conversation
- ✓Typical project size — pages, features and tools
- ✓Hosting and care — who is the contact after launch
- ✓Revision flow — how feedback reaches us
- ✓Confidentiality — how your brand stays in front
- ✓A test project — whether to start with one client before committing more
What to expect, honestly
- ✓Inquiry only — we do not publish partner rates here
- ✓Small business scope — not large enterprise builds
- ✓We do not name partners or clients
One example of what your site could look like
This is one sample we designed. Yours is built around your business, your photos and your words, and we have more examples if you want to compare directions.
How it works
1. Consultation
We learn your services, customers and goals, in English or Spanish.
2. We write and design
We draft the words and build the site around your business.
3. 10 revision rounds
You review and request changes until it is right.
4. Launch and care
We launch, then Website Care keeps it hosted, backed up, checked weekly and A/B tested.
