What happens in month one

We start with a baseline — what you currently rank for, what pages exist, what is technically in the way. Without that, later reporting is meaningless because there is nothing to compare against.

Then we work a priority list: the pages closest to earning enquiries get attention first, not the ones that are most fun to write.
