Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our Role as a Broker

Quick Biz Capital LLC operates as an Independent Sales Organization (ISO) and business funding broker. Our services include:

• Reviewing and preparing your funding application
• Matching your business with appropriate lenders and funding programs
• Facilitating introductions to third-party funding sources
• Providing consulting and guidance throughout the funding process
• Assisting with document collection and submission

We do not guarantee funding approval. All funding decisions, terms, rates, and conditions are determined solely by third-party lenders and are subject to their underwriting criteria.

2. Fees Collected by Quick Biz Capital LLC

Any fees charged by Quick Biz Capital LLC are for brokerage, consulting, or administrative services only. These may include:

• Application processing and review fees
• Document preparation and filing fees
• Consulting and advisory service fees
• Expedited service fees (when applicable)

All fees are disclosed prior to collection and may be paid via ACH, eCheck, or credit/debit card. We do not collect payments on behalf of lenders, nor do we service or manage loan repayments.

3. When Refunds Are Available

Quick Biz Capital LLC will issue a refund in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same service
• Billing errors: If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a system or processing error
• Services not rendered: If you were charged for a service that was never provided or initiated
• Cancellation before service begins: If you cancel your request before any work has been performed on your application (see Section 5)

4. When Refunds Are Not Available

Due to the nature of brokerage and consulting services, refunds are generally not available once services have been rendered. Refunds are not available in the following situations:

• Services already performed: After we have reviewed, processed, or worked on your application
• Application submitted to lenders: Once your application has been submitted to one or more funding partners
• Underwriting initiated: After a lender has begun their review or underwriting process
• Introductions made: After we have connected you with a lender or funding source
• Funding declined by lender: If a third-party lender declines your application (this is outside our control)
• Change of mind: If you decide not to proceed after services have begun
• Incomplete information provided: If your application cannot proceed due to missing or inaccurate information you provided

5. Third-Party Lender Fees

Any fees, costs, or charges assessed by third-party lenders, funding sources, or financial institutions are separate from Quick Biz Capital LLC fees and are governed by those third parties' own policies. We have no control over third-party fees, and such fees are non-refundable through Quick Biz Capital LLC.

If you have questions or disputes regarding fees charged by a lender, please contact that lender directly.

6. How to Cancel Services

You may cancel your service request at any time by contacting us. To cancel:

• Email us at funding@quickbizcapital.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request"
• Include your full name, business name, and application reference number (if available)
• Clearly state that you wish to cancel your service request

Cancellation Timeline:

• Cancellations received before any work begins: Full refund of Quick Biz Capital LLC fees (if applicable)
• Cancellations received after work has begun: No refund, as services have been rendered

We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request within 1-2 business days.

7. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 3 of this policy, please submit your request as follows:

• Subject line: "Refund Request"
• Include: Your full name, business name, date of charge, amount charged, and reason for refund request

Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original charge date. Requests received after 30 days may not be eligible for review.

8. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is received and approved:

• We will review your request within 3-5 business days
• You will receive an email confirmation of the refund decision
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing concerns fairly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and could result in additional documentation requirements.

10. Changes to This Policy

Quick Biz Capital LLC reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
