A signer has an hour before a deadline and needs a notary today. She does not want a tour of your biography. She wants three facts: do you come to me, are you available this afternoon and what do I need in my hand. A short site in her language that opens with those facts is how an independent notary stays booked.
Open with the request button
The home page carries one strong button, Request a notary, and a line underneath saying how quickly you usually reply. A small panel lists the services you actually offer: general acknowledgments, jurats, loan signings, document witnessing and any other work you are authorized to do in your state.
Spanish readers see the same layout with the same button in the same place.
What to bring list
- ✓Valid government photo ID — unexpired and with a signature
- ✓The unsigned document — do not sign until the notary arrives
- ✓All signers present — each person must appear in person
- ✓Witnesses if required — ask the document’s source
- ✓Payment method — what you accept, as you decide
Service area, stated plainly
Customers assume you will not come unless the page says so. List the towns, counties or neighborhoods you travel to, any travel fee and your usual hours, including evenings or weekends if you offer them. If you do not do certain document types, say so; it saves you a wasted trip.
We keep the page factual and leave out claims about speed that you cannot meet every time.
Two languages, one calm tone
- ✓Spanish written directly — not a word-for-word copy
- ✓Notary terms explained — what a jurat or acknowledgment is, in simple words
- ✓Language note — whether you can speak Spanish with the signer, accurately stated
- ✓Reminder about legal advice — a notary cannot give it, if that is how your state describes it
- ✓Form in both languages
Seasons that fill the calendar
Month-end and home-buying periods bring the most requests. A banner saying you are taking same-week bookings makes it easy for repeat agents and escrow offices to keep your name in mind.
What to expect, honestly
- ✓Rules vary by state — you confirm the wording for your own jurisdiction
- ✓No online notarization platform — we do not build remote signing tools
- ✓No promised arrival times — the page describes how quickly you usually reply
