Picture the usual exchange. A client messages "do you have anything Thursday?", you reply three hours later, she has already booked someone else. Every back-and-forth is a chance for her to drift away. A booking page on your own site means she sees what is open the moment she is ready, in the same place she just admired your work.
A calendar built on fills, not just sets
Lash work runs on timing. A full set might take two hours, a two-week fill an hour, a removal thirty minutes. Set each as its own service so the schedule never promises an hour for a job that needs two.
Fills deserve special care. If a client can only book a fill within a certain number of weeks of her last set, say so on the page and in the service name, for example "Fill, within 3 weeks". That one line prevents the awkward conversation at the chair.
Lash-specific things to settle
- ✓Style names — classic, hybrid and volume explained in a sentence each
- ✓Fill window — how many weeks before a fill becomes a new set
- ✓Patch or sensitivity note — a line asking clients to mention allergies
- ✓Removal booking — separate and short so it does not block a long slot
Where the money is lost
Late arrivals and last-minute cancellations cost a lash artist more than most trades, because a two-hour gap rarely refills on short notice. Your policy page can state the cancellation window and any fee in plain words, with the rule repeated in the booking confirmation.
Reminders help just as much. An automatic note the day before, with a reminder to arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes, protects the schedule and the quality of the set.
What we handle
- ✓Booking connection — your existing tool, or Square set up for you
- ✓Gallery of close-ups — arranged by style so clients find what they want
- ✓Aftercare page — washing, brushing and what to avoid
- ✓Mobile layout — most of your clients will book from a small screen
Plan ahead for the rush weeks
Prom, wedding season and the holidays book out early. Before those dates, open the calendar further ahead and add a note about the last day to book for an event, so clients plan around you.
What to expect, honestly
- ✓We do not run your social feed — the site complements it, it does not replace it
- ✓Your policies are yours — we place your wording, we do not write binding terms
- ✓Third-party fees — payment and booking tool charges come from the provider
