How to use these pages
Each page covers one platform that owners tend to get stuck on. Read the one that matches the tool you are on today. It explains what usually goes wrong there, what we can carry over and what has to be rebuilt.
You do not need to know anything technical before you start. Most owners only need to know which platform they use, who holds the login, and where the domain was bought.
What moving off a platform actually involves
We rebuild your site on our managed hosting rather than editing it inside the old builder. Your words, photos, services and contact details come with you. The page layouts are designed fresh, so the new site is faster and easier to keep current.
Your domain stays yours the whole time. We point it to the new site when it is ready, and the old site can stay live until then, so customers never land on a blank page.
Backups, security updates and support are part of Website Care from the first day. After the move there is no plugin list or builder subscription for you to babysit.
Before you cancel anything
Keep your current subscription running until the new site is live and you have checked it. Download any invoices, form submissions or customer lists the old platform holds, because a builder will not always let you export them after you cancel.
What it costs
Websites are priced one-time by size, plus Website Care at $30/month for hosting, HTTPS, backups, weekly checks and A/B testing. Every package includes a consultation, mobile-friendly design, copy we write for you, a contact form, essential search setup and 10 revision rounds.
