A franchise website has a problem a single-location site does not. The brand wants consistency, but each location has its own address, hours, staff and local details. Done carelessly, you get either identical pages that tell customers nothing or a mess of mismatched designs.
What a rollout needs
A good rollout starts with a shared design that locations can live inside, plus a clear list of what changes per location. That includes name, address, hours, services, photos and contact path. Everything else stays under brand control.
We scope this as a project, not a price list. After your short form we call to understand how many locations, what the brand allows and who approves changes.
What differs for each location
- ✓Address and hours — accurate details, not copied from another site
- ✓Services offered — some locations offer more than others
- ✓Team and photos — real people at that location
- ✓Contact path — where inquiries go
Making each location page worth reading
A location page earns its place when it answers the questions a nearby customer actually has. Which neighborhoods does this branch serve? Is there parking, or is it inside a shopping center? Does this location offer the weekend hours or the extra service the others do not? Who is the local owner or manager?
We ask each location for a few lines in their own words about the area and the team. Those details are what separate a useful page from one where only the town name changed, and they are what we write around.
A per-location intake sheet
- ✓Exact name as customers know it — including any neighborhood label
- ✓Hours with holiday exceptions — written the way staff confirm them
- ✓Services this location does not offer — so nobody books the wrong branch
- ✓Three or more real photos — storefront, team and the work itself
- ✓Local landmarks or directions — one sentence that helps first-time visitors
One site or separate sites
Many brands do well with one site that has a page per location and a finder that lists them. That keeps the brand in one place and makes updates easier. Some franchise systems prefer separate sites so each owner feels responsible for theirs. Both can work, and the choice usually depends on how much control the franchisor wants to keep and how often locations change.
We talk that through on the call, along with what happens when a location opens, moves or closes so its page is added, updated or retired cleanly.
Brand controls and approvals
We keep logo use, colors and wording rules in one place so that new locations follow them. You tell us who approves each location page, and we route changes through that person. A single build can run to dozens of pages when the brand needs it.
For larger rollouts we discuss scope on the call. We do not publish partner pricing, and we do not promise one template will suit every franchise brand.
What to prepare before the call
- ✓Number of locations — current and planned
- ✓Brand guide — logo, colors, tone rules
- ✓Approval chain — who signs off
- ✓Existing tools — booking, ordering, local listings
Why we ask about approvals early
Rollouts stall when nobody knows who can say yes. Name one person at the franchisor and, if possible, one contact per location who can confirm hours and photos. Locations that send details late are the usual reason a rollout slips, so agreeing on that routine before the build starts keeps every site moving at a similar pace.
What to expect, honestly
- ✓Inquiry only — scoping happens by call
- ✓Each location needs real details — no copy-swapped towns
- ✓Franchise legal wording comes from you — we do not write it
