A limo service site launches smoothly when the fleet looks as good online as it does at the curb, and a customer can see which vehicle suits which occasion. People booking a prom, a wedding or an airport run want to feel the ride will be clean, on time and easy to arrange.
How the launch unfolds
Day 1-2: you send fleet photos, vehicle descriptions and your occasion list, and we sketch a home page that opens with the best vehicle and a quote button
Week 1: we write the fleet, services and policies pages, and you confirm capacities and what each package includes
Week 2: the quote form asks for date, pickup, drop-off and passenger count, and you test it by requesting a sample ride
Launch week: we connect your domain, you read it on a phone as a customer would, and we publish ahead of prom and wedding season
What to gather before you start
- ✓Vehicle galleries inside and out — sedan, SUV, stretch, party bus or sprinter, with interior shots showing seats, lighting and space for luggage
- ✓Capacity and use guide — how many riders each vehicle seats comfortably and what it suits, such as a prom group, a wedding party or a corporate transfer
- ✓Occasion pages in your wording — weddings, proms, airport transfers, nights out and winery tours, each with what the ride includes
- ✓Booking policies — minimum hours, deposit approach, cancellation notice and what is expected of riders
- ✓Coverage notes — cities, airports and venues you serve regularly and how pick-up windows work
The first month after launch
In the first month, add photos from real events with client permission and update vehicle notes whenever the fleet changes. Prepare a short seasonal note for prom, wedding and holiday bookings, and watch how quickly quote requests are answered. Ask happy customers to leave a review through the channels they already use.
Mistakes to avoid at launch
- ✓Showing exteriors only — customers cannot judge cleanliness or comfort, so they book the company that did show the inside
- ✓Listing capacity without comfort notes — a group books the vehicle at its maximum and arrives to find it cramped
- ✓Being vague about what the minimum includes — customers feel surprised by the final quote and bring it up at the worst time
