A lawn care site launches smoothly once you can explain your plans in plain words and list the towns you serve. Spring is the rush, so having those details ready early pays off.
How the launch unfolds
Day 1-2: You send your plans, treatments, area and photos, and we outline the home, mowing, treatments, seasonal and quote pages.
Week 1: We write and lay out the pages, connect the quote form to your inbox and organize your photos.
Week 2: You review on a phone, we revise wording and test the quote request from start to finish.
Launch: We publish, check the mobile experience and give you a short guide for updating seasonal messages.
What to gather before you start
- ✓Descriptions of each plan or service — what a visit includes, how often it happens and what is extra
- ✓Your treatment programs — fertilizing, weed control and aeration, with typical timing across the season
- ✓A list of towns and zones you cover — so customers outside your route do not waste a call
- ✓Photos of finished lawns and crews — real results and real trucks build more trust than stock grass
- ✓How you handle quotes — whether you visit first or quote from an address, so the form asks the right questions
The first month after launch
In the first month, photograph lawns as you finish them and add the best ones to the site. Update the home page with whichever season is coming, such as spring signups or fall cleanup, and ask happy customers for a review on the platforms you already use.
Mistakes to avoid at launch
- ✓Not explaining what a visit includes — customers cannot compare you with a cheaper option they do not understand
- ✓Leaving out the towns you serve — people outside your route call and get turned away
- ✓Using no photos of your own work — stock lawns look the same everywhere and prove nothing about you
