A driving school’s launch should land before late spring, when parents of new permit holders start comparing schools for summer lessons. They want to see what each package includes, who will sit in the passenger seat beside their teen and when the next classroom session starts. Have packages, instructors and the next few months of dates ready, and the site is built around them.
How the launch unfolds
Day 1-2: You send packages, instructor details and dates, and we plan a home page that puts the next classroom start date and a sign-up button in the first screen.
Week 1: We build the packages, instructors and schedule pages, and set up a sign-up form asking only for the student’s name, a parent’s contact details and a preferred session.
Week 2: You check every date, policy and pickup area, then send a test sign-up to confirm it reaches the right person.
Launch: We publish after your review; a 48-hour launch is possible for eligible projects with content ready.
What to gather before you start
- ✓Package list — classroom hours, behind-the-wheel lessons, road-test preparation and adult refresher options, with what each one includes
- ✓Instructor profiles — a photo and a few friendly lines for each instructor, so parents know who will be teaching
- ✓Upcoming class dates — classroom sessions and summer or school-break intensives, with start dates and meeting times
- ✓Policies — permit requirements you check, cancellation and no-show rules, and how payment is handled
- ✓Pickup area — neighborhoods or schools where lessons begin, and where classroom sessions meet
The first month after launch
As the first month goes on, remove each session once it starts and post the next one, so the schedule always shows something open. Add photos of your training cars and instructors, with their permission. Before summer and school breaks, move intensive sessions near the top of the home page, and ask families who finished lessons to share their experience through a review channel they already use. If you add a new instructor or car, introduce them on the site the same week.
Mistakes to avoid at launch
- ✓Hiding what each package includes — parents call three schools to compare and choose whoever answers first
- ✓Leaving instructors anonymous — families hesitate to put their teen in a car with a stranger
- ✓Keeping last season’s dates online — visitors assume classes have stopped and look elsewhere
