A coworking space should launch with real photos taken on a bright day when a few people are working, because prospects decide whether they can picture themselves there before they read anything. The second deciding detail is how membership works: day pass, hot desk, dedicated desk, private office or meeting room hours. Settle the photos and the membership list first.
How the launch unfolds
Day 1-2: You send photos, memberships, amenities and hours, and we design a home page with your best photo, a short line about who works there and a tour button.
Week 1: We build the membership, space and rooms pages, and connect meeting room booking if you already use a tool for it.
Week 2: You check each detail, request a test tour from a phone and confirm the reply reaches the right person.
Launch: We publish after your approval; a 48-hour launch is possible for eligible projects with content ready.
What to gather before you start
- ✓Space photos — the open floor, call booths, private offices, kitchen and meeting rooms, bright and tidy, with consent from anyone shown
- ✓Membership options — day passes, hot desks, dedicated desks and offices, with what each includes and how someone joins
- ✓Amenities — internet, printing, mail handling, coffee, lockers, bike storage and parking
- ✓Access hours — staffed hours, after-hours key access and holiday closures
- ✓Tour method — the booking link or form you want prospects to use for tours and trial days
The first month after launch
In the first month, replace any placeholders with photos of members at work, with their permission. Before January and September, move your trial day or day pass near the top of the home page. Update amenities, events and holiday hours as they change, and make sure tour requests get a reply the same day whenever possible. If you host community events such as member lunches, workshops or open house evenings, post them on the space page so prospects can visit during a lively moment. Check the meeting room booking link after any change to your scheduling tool.
Mistakes to avoid at launch
- ✓Showing two dim photos — prospects cannot picture working there and keep searching
- ✓Hiding how membership works — freelancers comparing spaces leave without asking
- ✓Making tours hard to request — people who wanted to drop by this week visit a competitor instead
