A brow studio’s launch hinges on photos taken in steady, natural light and a menu that explains the difference between lamination, tinting, waxing and threading. Clients scroll a gallery before they read a word, then want to know how long the appointment takes and how to prepare for it. Have those pieces ready and the booking connection becomes the last small step.
How the launch unfolds
Day 1-2: You send photos, the service list and your policies, and we choose a gallery layout that keeps each before and after side by side on a small screen.
Week 1: We write the services page so a nervous first-timer can tell lamination from a tint, and you correct any details about timing, prep or aftercare.
Week 2: We place booking buttons beside every service and test each one, including the deposit step if you use one.
Publish: We check the site on two different phones and go live; a 48-hour launch is possible for eligible projects with content ready.
What to gather before you start
- ✓Before-and-after sets — matched photos from the same angle and lighting show shape and color honestly, and every client pictured should have agreed to their use
- ✓Service menu with durations — each treatment, how long it takes and how often clients usually return, so a first-timer books the right slot
- ✓Prep and aftercare notes — what to avoid before a tint or lamination and how to care for brows afterward, in your own words
- ✓Booking link — the exact page in your booking tool, or a Square setup we help you create, including deposits if you take them
- ✓Studio policies — late arrivals, cancellations and any patch-test request, stated kindly but clearly
The first month after launch
During the first month, add new before-and-after sets as clients agree to them and retire photos that no longer match your current style. Ahead of prom season, wedding months and the holidays, add a short note about booking early or reserving a shaping consult. Keep the cancellation policy and any price changes current, and gather feedback through the channels your clients already use.
Mistakes to avoid at launch
- ✓Listing treatments by name only — people unsure what lamination involves skip booking instead of asking
- ✓Relying on a bare booking link — visitors have no reason to pick your chair over the studio down the street
- ✓Posting photos taken under mixed lighting — careful shaping looks uneven and your skill is undersold
