The pages we build for a wedding business website
Every site is built around how your customers actually choose a wedding business. A typical build includes:
- ✓Home page with inquiry button
- ✓Portfolio
- ✓Packages
- ✓About
- ✓Inquiry form
Need more pages for every service or town you cover? Larger packages give you room to grow.

The package most wedding vendors start with
Most wedding vendors fit Launch Website: $399 one-time for up to 5 pages, plus Website Care at $30/month. Every package includes a consultation, mobile-friendly design, copy we write for you, a contact form, essential search setup and 10 revision rounds.
Optional add-ons, billed separately
The prices above are for your website. These two are separate monthly products you can add now or later. Neither is part of the website price.
Monthly SEO, from $50/month: new pages published on your site every month. See Monthly SEO →
Business Spotlight, from $30/month: articles about your business, labeled as paid, published on The Company Chronicle. See Business Spotlight →
What a wedding vendor's site includes, and where it hands off
- ✓Date availability prompt — The inquiry form leads with the wedding date and venue so you can check your calendar before anything else.
- ✓Real weddings portfolio — Galleries from weddings you worked, credited to the photographers who shot them, with couples' permission.
- ✓Package pages — What each package includes, written as you sell it, with room for a "starting at" note if you want one.
- ✓Contracts and retainers — We link to the contract and invoicing tool you already use, like HoneyBook or Dubsado; that account and its fees stay yours.
- ✓Custom-scoped tools — Live availability calendars, planning checklists for couples or sign-in areas for clients aren't part of a standard build.
What a wedding pro pays us, and what others bill
You pay once at your plan's price, and that covers the design, the copy we write, portfolio galleries, package pages and the inquiry form. Website Care, at $30/month, handles hosting with HTTPS, backups and weekly checks, and gives you a little edit time each month to rotate in fresh weddings after the season.
Client management tools like HoneyBook, payment processing on retainers, wedding directory listings and your domain renewal are billed by those companies directly.
How we build a wedding vendor site
- Style conversation: You tell us your aesthetic, the couples you love working with and how inquiries reach you today.
- Photo and credit roundup: You gather favorite images along with photographer credits and permissions.
- Draft: We write package and about pages in your voice, and you fix anything that doesn't sound like you.
- Revisions and approval: Ten revision rounds, then launch once you sign off.
- Off-season updates: Winter is a good time to send new galleries for Website Care edits.
Wedding vendors usually want to know
Can couples check my availability online?
A live calendar is custom work, and many vendors prefer not to show open dates publicly. Instead, the form asks for the date first, so you can reply quickly with a yes, a no or a waitlist option.
Do I need permission to use photos from other vendors?
Yes. Ask the photographer for permission and credit them by name. Couples should be comfortable with their images being shared as well. We add credits wherever you want them on each gallery.
Is it smart to publish package prices?
Couples often filter vendors by budget, so a "packages start at" note can save time on both sides. If you'd rather discuss pricing after a consultation, the form can ask for a budget range instead.
I'm a DJ, not a photographer. Is the site different?
Yes. A DJ site leads with sample mixes, ceremony and reception sound setups, and the questions couples ask about requests and timelines. We shape the pages around how your specific service is booked.
How it works
1. Consultation
We learn your services, customers and goals, in English or Spanish.
2. We write and design
We draft the words and build the site around your business.
3. 10 revision rounds
You review and request changes until it is right.
4. Launch and care
We launch, then Website Care keeps it hosted, backed up, checked weekly and A/B tested.
Proof from our own websites
We build and grow our own websites first. Across them, monthly Google impressions grew from 2,109 in March 2026 to 77,354 in September. See the results →
