The pages we build for a veterinary clinic website
Every site is built around how your customers actually choose a veterinary clinic. A typical build includes:
- ✓Home page with appointment and call buttons
- ✓Services pages
- ✓New client page
- ✓Meet the team
- ✓Hours and location
Need more pages for every service or town you cover? Larger packages give you room to grow.

Here is our veterinary sample. Yours is designed around your business, your photos and your words.
The package most veterinarians start with
Most veterinarians fit Business Plus: $989 one-time for up to 20 pages, plus Website Care at $30/month. Every package includes a consultation, mobile-friendly design, copy we write for you, a contact form, essential search setup and 10 revision rounds.
Optional add-ons, billed separately
The prices above are for your website. These two are separate monthly products you can add now or later. Neither is part of the website price.
Monthly SEO, from $50/month: new pages published on your site every month. See Monthly SEO →
Business Spotlight, from $30/month: articles about your business, labeled as paid, published on The Company Chronicle. See Business Spotlight →
What the clinic's site covers, and what your practice software keeps
- ✓Routine and urgent paths — Separate buttons for booking a wellness visit and for "my pet is sick today," plus a plain note naming the emergency hospital you refer to after hours.
- ✓Services pages — Wellness exams, vaccines, dental cleanings, spay and neuter surgery and senior care, described in general terms your veterinarians approve.
- ✓New client page — What to bring to the first visit, how to send prior records, carrier and leash rules, and how early to arrive.
- ✓Online booking or requests — If your practice software offers online appointments, we link or embed it; that vendor's fees and data stay with them.
- ✓Not included — Pet owner sign-ins, prescription refill systems or medical record lookups remain in your clinic's own software.
What a veterinary clinic pays for, line by line
The clinic's single build payment covers design, the copy we write for vet review, service pages and the forms. Website Care, at $30/month, keeps the site hosted on HTTPS with backups and weekly checks, and posts holiday closures or a new associate.
Practice management software, online pharmacy partners, reminder and texting services and the domain renewal are billed by their providers.
How we build alongside a busy clinic
- Practice manager call: We learn your services, species you see, booking flow and after-hours arrangements.
- Team bios and photos: You send staff photos, ideally with their own pets, and short bios.
- Draft for veterinary review: A veterinarian checks every medical statement before anything is published.
- Ten revision rounds: Your team requests changes until the wording and photos feel right, then signs off.
- After launch: Hours, staff and seasonal reminders change through Website Care.
Questions vet clinics ask us
Will the site give medical advice to pet owners?
No. Service pages explain what you offer in general terms, and urgent symptoms always point owners to call the clinic or the emergency hospital. Any health wording comes from or is approved by your veterinarians before it goes live.
Can clients request prescription refills on the website?
Refills belong in your practice software or online pharmacy partner, which we can link to. Our own contact form only collects basic details, and we add a note not to use it for urgent or medical questions.
We see exotics too. Should that have its own page?
Yes. Owners of rabbits, birds and reptiles often struggle to find a clinic that sees them, so a dedicated page telling them which species you treat, and which you don't, saves everyone a wasted call.
Can we post our pricing for vaccines and exams?
You decide. Some clinics list wellness exam and vaccine prices to reduce phone questions, while others prefer to explain estimates in person. We publish only numbers you approve and keep them updated when you send changes.
How it works
1. Consultation
We learn your services, customers and goals, in English or Spanish.
2. We write and design
We draft the words and build the site around your business.
3. 10 revision rounds
You review and request changes until it is right.
4. Launch and care
We launch, then Website Care keeps it hosted, backed up, checked weekly and A/B tested.
Proof from our own websites
We build and grow our own websites first. Across them, monthly Google impressions grew from 2,109 in March 2026 to 77,354 in September. See the results →
