- ✓Moving quote form
Need more pages for every service or town you cover? Larger packages give you room to grow.

Here is our local delivery sample, Swift Lane Courier. Yours is designed around your business, your photos and your words.
The package most movers start with
Most movers fit Business Plus: $989 one-time for up to 20 pages, plus Website Care at $30/month. Every package includes a consultation, mobile-friendly design, copy we write for you, a contact form, essential search setup and 10 revision rounds.
Optional add-ons, billed separately
The prices above are for your website. These two are separate monthly products you can add now or later. Neither is part of the website price.
Monthly SEO, from $50/month: new pages published on your site every month. See Monthly SEO →
Business Spotlight, from $30/month: articles about your business, labeled as paid, published on The Company Chronicle. See Business Spotlight →
What the moving company's site includes
- ✓Moving quote form — Collects moving date, origin and destination, home size, stairs or elevators, and specialty items like pianos, safes or gun cabinets.
- ✓Local and long-distance pages — Separate pages because the questions differ: hourly versus weight-based pricing, delivery windows and how the truck is loaded.
- ✓Packing and storage page — What your crew packs, the materials you use and any storage options you offer between homes.
- ✓USDOT and coverage details — Your USDOT number, insurance and valuation options, published exactly as you provide them.
- ✓Custom-scoped tools — Video surveys, instant price calculators or room-by-room inventory builders are quoted separately.
Where the money goes on a moving company website
Movers pay the plan's price one time, covering design, copy, the local, long-distance and packing pages, and the quote form. Website Care, $30/month, provides hosting, HTTPS, backups and a weekly check, with small updates such as adding a new service area or a storage location.
Moving software, payment processing, video survey tools and the domain renewal bill you directly. Directory or lead-service subscriptions, if you use them, are separate too.
How we build your moving site
- Consult: Local versus long-distance work, crew sizes and specialty services.
- Credentials and photos: USDOT number, insurance details and real photos of crews and trucks.
- Claim check: You verify every statement we draft about pricing, valuation and timing.
- Ready to roll: When you approve, we publish the site.
Movers ask
Can customers get a price instantly?
A price calculator is custom work, and moves vary too much for a simple one to be accurate. The quote form collects the details you need, such as stairs, long carries and specialty items, so you can reply quickly with a real estimate.
Should we explain valuation coverage?
Yes, in plain terms you supply. Customers often confuse released value with full value protection or with insurance, and a clear explanation builds trust before moving day. We publish only the options and details you confirm in writing.
Can we show our USDOT number?
Yes, and interstate movers are generally expected to display it. We place it in the footer and on the about page exactly as you provide it, and we can link to the official lookup so customers can check it themselves.
We do junk removal too. Separate page?
Yes. Giving junk hauling its own page and form stops those requests from mixing with moving quotes. Those customers want to know what you take, how pricing works by load and whether you donate usable items, which a moving page wouldn't cover.
How it works
1. Consultation
We learn your services, customers and goals, in English or Spanish.
2. We write and design
We draft the words and build the site around your business.
3. 10 revision rounds
You review and request changes until it is right.
4. Launch and care
We launch, then Website Care keeps it hosted, backed up, checked weekly and A/B tested.
Proof from our own websites
We build and grow our own websites first. Across them, monthly Google impressions grew from 2,109 in March 2026 to 77,354 in September. See the results →
