- ✓Coverage pages
- ✓About the agency
- ✓Carriers section
- ✓Quote request form

The package most insurance agents start with
Most insurance agents fit Business Plus: $989 one-time for up to 20 pages, plus Website Care at $30/month. Every package includes a consultation, mobile-friendly design, copy we write for you, a contact form, essential search setup and 10 revision rounds.
Optional add-ons, billed separately
The prices above are for your website. These two are separate monthly products you can add now or later. Neither is part of the website price.
Monthly SEO, from $50/month: new pages published on your site every month. See Monthly SEO →
Business Spotlight, from $30/month: articles about your business, labeled as paid, published on The Company Chronicle. See Business Spotlight →
What the agency site includes, and where carrier tools take over
- ✓Coverage pages — Auto, home, renters, life and commercial lines, each explained in general terms that you or your compliance contact reviews.
- ✓Quote request form — Asks for the coverage type, renewal date and best time to talk, and tells visitors not to enter driver's license or policy numbers.
- ✓Carriers you represent — Logos or names only for carriers whose rules allow it and whom you confirm, shown the way you want.
- ✓Payment and claims links — Links out to each carrier's own payment and claims pages, so policyholders land in the right place.
- ✓Not included — Rating engines, comparative quote tools or policyholder sign-in areas aren't part of a standard build.
The agency's costs, ours and everyone else's
For the agency, the site is a single payment at the plan price, covering design, copy, coverage pages and the quote form. Website Care adds $30/month for hosting, HTTPS, backups and weekly checks, with a bit of editing time monthly when a producer joins or you add a line of business.
Comparative rating software, agency management systems, mailboxes and domain renewal are invoiced by those vendors. Carrier or network wording reviews happen on your side before we publish.
How we build and approve an agency site
- Agency consult: Lines of business, the states where you're licensed and the clients you want more of.
- Licenses and producer bios: You supply license details, bios and photos; we publish exactly those.
- Compliance pass: You, or whoever handles compliance, approves the drafted wording.
- Signed off in writing: After your revisions, the agency approves in writing and the site goes live.
Questions insurance agents ask
Can the site quote rates instantly?
Not on its own. Live quoting requires a rating tool licensed from a vendor, which is custom-scoped work. The standard site collects quote requests so your team follows up personally, which many clients prefer for anything beyond simple auto coverage.
Do you know the advertising rules for insurance?
We aren't compliance experts and don't give regulatory advice. We write plain, careful copy without savings claims or "lowest rate" language, and you, your carrier or your compliance contact approve it before anything is published on the site.
We're a captive agent. Can we still have our own site?
That depends on your carrier agreement, so check with them first. If it's allowed, we build within their guidelines and use only the wording, logos and branding they permit, and we keep their required disclosures wherever they ask.
Can customers file a claim through our website?
They can find the right carrier claims link quickly, which is what matters in a stressful moment. Claims themselves go through the carrier, not through a form on your site.
How it works
1. Consultation
We learn your services, customers and goals, in English or Spanish.
2. We write and design
We draft the words and build the site around your business.
3. 10 revision rounds
You review and request changes until it is right.
4. Launch and care
We launch, then Website Care keeps it hosted, backed up, checked weekly and A/B tested.
Proof from our own websites
We build and grow our own websites first. Across them, monthly Google impressions grew from 2,109 in March 2026 to 77,354 in September. See the results →
