The pages we build for a florist website
Every site is built around how your customers actually choose a florist. A typical build includes:
- ✓Home page with order button
- ✓Occasion pages
- ✓Weddings and events
- ✓Delivery area
- ✓Contact and orders
Need more pages for every service or town you cover? Larger packages give you room to grow.

Here is our interior design sample. Yours is designed around your business, your photos and your words.
The package most florists start with
Most florists fit Launch Website: $399 one-time for up to 5 pages, plus Website Care at $30/month. Every package includes a consultation, mobile-friendly design, copy we write for you, a contact form, essential search setup and 10 revision rounds.
Optional add-ons, billed separately
The prices above are for your website. These two are separate monthly products you can add now or later. Neither is part of the website price.
Monthly SEO, from $50/month: new pages published on your site every month. See Monthly SEO →
Business Spotlight, from $30/month: articles about your business, labeled as paid, published on The Company Chronicle. See Business Spotlight →
What a florist's site includes, and what it links to
- ✓Occasion pages — Birthdays, anniversaries, get-well and everyday arrangements, each with your photos and the words people use when sending flowers.
- ✓Ordering connection — We link your ordering tool or wire service, or help set up Square for simple orders; that account and its fees are yours.
- ✓Delivery zone and cutoffs — Towns you deliver to, same-day order cutoff times and notes about hospitals, offices and funeral homes.
- ✓Wedding and event inquiries — A separate form asking about date, venue, color palette, number of tables and budget.
- ✓Custom-scoped items — Subscription bouquets or a full catalog with live inventory are quoted separately.
What a florist will pay, and to whom
You pay the plan price once for design, copy, occasion pages and the wedding inquiry form. Website Care at $30/month keeps the site hosted, on HTTPS, backed up and checked weekly, and that monthly edit time is what posts your Mother's Day cutoffs.
Wire services, ordering platforms, card processing and the domain renewal are billed by their providers, so every order fee comes from them rather than from us.
How we build your flower shop site
- Consult: Your style, your occasions and how orders reach you now.
- Your own arrangements: Photos of your work, which show it better than stock ever could.
- Order path test: We draft the pages and walk through an order or inquiry with you.
- Live after your yes: Once you approve, we launch.
- Holiday prep: Before Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, you send new cutoffs and we post them.
Florists ask
Can customers order arrangements directly on the site?
Yes, through the ordering tool you connect, such as Square Online or a florist platform you already use. The order comes through that system with the card message and delivery address, and that platform's fees apply, not ours.
Can we show different prices for different arrangements?
Yes. If your ordering tool lists prices, customers see them at checkout. On the site itself, we can show starting prices by occasion or size, worded the way you approve, and update them when your costs change.
How do we handle sympathy orders sensitively?
We write the sympathy page in a calm, respectful tone with clear delivery details for funeral homes and services. People sending sympathy flowers are often upset, so the page keeps choices simple and the order path short.
What about the Valentine's Day rush?
We can post a holiday notice with cutoff times, or announce that online orders are closed once you're full. Send your dates a couple of weeks ahead, and we put them up as part of your monthly edits.
How it works
1. Consultation
We learn your services, customers and goals, in English or Spanish.
2. We write and design
We draft the words and build the site around your business.
3. 10 revision rounds
You review and request changes until it is right.
4. Launch and care
We launch, then Website Care keeps it hosted, backed up, checked weekly and A/B tested.
Proof from our own websites
We build and grow our own websites first. Across them, monthly Google impressions grew from 2,109 in March 2026 to 77,354 in September. See the results →
