The package most fitness trainers start with
Most fitness trainers fit Launch Website: $399 one-time for up to 5 pages, plus Website Care at $30/month. Every package includes a consultation, mobile-friendly design, copy we write for you, a contact form, essential search setup and 10 revision rounds.
Optional add-ons, billed separately
The prices above are for your website. These two are separate monthly products you can add now or later. Neither is part of the website price.
Monthly SEO, from $50/month: new pages published on your site every month. See Monthly SEO →
Business Spotlight, from $30/month: articles about your business, labeled as paid, published on The Company Chronicle. See Business Spotlight →
What a trainer's site includes, and what plugs in
- ✓Program pages — One-on-one, small group, online coaching and specialties like pre- and postnatal or strength for older adults, each explained plainly.
- ✓Intro session — A clear first step with a form or booking link, so a nervous beginner knows exactly what the first hour looks like.
- ✓Scheduling and payments — We connect Mindbody, Trainerize, Square or the tool you already use; that account and its fees stay with that company.
- ✓Where you train — The gym, park or in-home sessions you offer, with any travel radius and what clients need to have ready.
- ✓Not included — Workout apps, client sign-ins or video libraries behind paywalls aren't part of what we build.
The cost of a trainer website, explained plainly
Your plan has a one-time build price that covers design, copy, program pages and the booking connection. Website Care, $30/month, keeps the site hosted and on HTTPS, backed up and checked weekly, and handles small edits like moving your bootcamp to a new time.
Coaching apps, scheduling and payment tools and the domain renewal all invoice you directly. A photographer for action shots, if you book one, charges separately.
How we build a trainer's site
- Goals call: Who you train, your style and what a first session looks like.
- Photos and certifications: Training photos and the certifications you actually hold; we list only those.
- Session details checked: We draft program pages, and you verify every package and session length.
- Green light: You approve after up to 10 rounds, and the site goes live.
Trainers ask
Can I post client transformation photos?
Only with written permission from the client, and with honest context about time and effort. We avoid claims of promised weight loss or specific results. Your clients' stories are powerful when told carefully and with their blessing.
Can people buy session packs on the site?
Yes, through a payment link or the booking tool you use. Square, for example, can sell a ten-session pack and take payment upfront. The processor's fees apply, and the pack is tracked in that tool rather than on the website.
I mostly coach online. Does that change the site?
Yes. We lead with how online coaching works: check-ins, programming, messaging and the app you use. A location section matters less, and a clear intro call or application matters more, since clients never see your gym.
What about nutrition advice?
We describe your services in general terms. Specific diet or medical guidance belongs in your sessions, within your qualifications, and the site avoids health claims. If you hold a nutrition credential, we list it exactly as you provide it.
How it works
1. Consultation
We learn your services, customers and goals, in English or Spanish.
2. We write and design
We draft the words and build the site around your business.
3. 10 revision rounds
You review and request changes until it is right.
4. Launch and care
We launch, then Website Care keeps it hosted, backed up, checked weekly and A/B tested.
Proof from our own websites
We build and grow our own websites first. Across them, monthly Google impressions grew from 2,109 in March 2026 to 77,354 in September. See the results →
