The pages we build for a event planning business website
Every site is built around how your customers actually choose a event planning business. A typical build includes:
- ✓Home page with inquiry button
- ✓Services by event type
- ✓Past events gallery
- ✓About
- ✓Inquiry form
Need more pages for every service or town you cover? Larger packages give you room to grow.

The package most event planners start with
Most event planners fit Launch Website: $399 one-time for up to 5 pages, plus Website Care at $30/month. Every package includes a consultation, mobile-friendly design, copy we write for you, a contact form, essential search setup and 10 revision rounds.
Optional add-ons, billed separately
The prices above are for your website. These two are separate monthly products you can add now or later. Neither is part of the website price.
Monthly SEO, from $50/month: new pages published on your site every month. See Monthly SEO →
Business Spotlight, from $30/month: articles about your business, labeled as paid, published on The Company Chronicle. See Business Spotlight →
What your event planning site includes, and what it won't do
- ✓Services by event type — Corporate offsites, milestone birthdays, galas and weddings, each page saying what you handle and where vendors take over.
- ✓Inquiry form — Collects the event type, date, guest count, location ideas and a budget range, so the first call starts with real details.
- ✓Past events gallery — Photos from events you planned, used with permission from clients and with credit to the photographers who shot them.
- ✓Process page — How planning works with you, from the first meeting through vendor selection, run-of-show and the day-of timeline.
- ✓Outside the build — Client planning dashboards, RSVP management and vendor directories belong to separate tools, not this site.
What event planners pay for, and what's billed elsewhere
A planner's site costs the plan's one-time price, which includes design, copy, the event-type pages and the inquiry form. Website Care, $30/month, provides managed hosting with HTTPS, backups and weekly checks, and its edit time is useful after a big season when you want new galleries up.
Contract and invoicing tools such as HoneyBook or Aisle Planner, payment processing, RSVP platforms and the domain renewal bill you on their own. Image licensing is between you and each event's photographer.
How we create your planning site
- Discovery chat: We learn the events you love running, your style and the clients you want.
- Photos plus credits: You send event images along with photographer names and permissions.
- Your process, in writing: We draft service and process pages, and you add what makes your approach different.
- Launch day: Once revisions are done and you approve, the site is published.
Event planners ask
Can we show a starting price?
Yes, if you're comfortable. A "planning starts at" note filters out mismatched budgets before the first call. If you prefer custom quotes only, the budget range field on the inquiry form does a similar job without a number on the page.
Can I use photos the event photographer took?
Only with their permission, and usually with credit. Ask them before sending the photos to us, and check your client is comfortable too. We add photographer credits on each gallery wherever you want them to appear.
Can clients see their planning progress on the site?
No, we don't build client dashboards or sign-in areas. The planning tools you already use handle timelines and checklists, and the site can briefly explain how you keep clients updated during the months before the event.
I plan events in two cities. Can the site show both?
Yes. A short section or page for each city explains the venues and vendors you work with there. Each one says something real about that city rather than repeating the same text with the name changed.
How it works
1. Consultation
We learn your services, customers and goals, in English or Spanish.
2. We write and design
We draft the words and build the site around your business.
3. 10 revision rounds
You review and request changes until it is right.
4. Launch and care
We launch, then Website Care keeps it hosted, backed up, checked weekly and A/B tested.
Proof from our own websites
We build and grow our own websites first. Across them, monthly Google impressions grew from 2,109 in March 2026 to 77,354 in September. See the results →
