What the childcare center's site includes
- ✓Program pages by age — Infant, toddler, preschool and before- and after-school care, each with ratios, a typical day and what to pack, as you provide them.
- ✓Tour request form — Asks for the child's age, desired start date and preferred tour times, and leaves out anything sensitive about the child.
- ✓Licensing and safety information — The license number, inspection links and safety practices you give us, presented clearly without claims you haven't confirmed.
- ✓Enrollment and waitlist link — If you use a childcare management tool like Brightwheel or Procare for enrollment, we link to it; that account belongs to you.
- ✓Not included — Parent sign-in areas, daily reports or photo sharing for families stay in your childcare software, not on the website.
What a daycare pays us, and what others bill
Your center pays the plan's price a single time for designing the site, writing program pages and building the tour form. From launch on, Website Care at $30/month keeps everything hosted, on HTTPS, backed up and checked weekly, and covers small edits such as adding a summer camp program.
Brightwheel, Procare or similar software, online tuition payments and the domain renewal are billed by those providers. A classroom photographer, if you hire one, is arranged directly.
How we build it around your center's schedule
- Director call: We learn your programs, philosophy, ages served and how enrollment works today.
- Consent-first photos: Classroom and playground photos you have parent permission to use, or ones without faces.
- Director's policy check: Every policy, ratio and licensing detail in our draft is confirmed by the director.
- Approved and opened: After up to 10 rounds and your sign-off, families can find you online.
- Waitlist and calendar upkeep: Monthly changes go through Website Care.
Questions daycare directors ask
Should we post tuition on the website?
It's your choice. Some centers list rates to save everyone time, others prefer to discuss them on a tour. We can also list what's included, like meals, diapers or field trips, without showing numbers at all.
How do we show photos of children safely?
Use only photos with written parent permission, or shots that show hands, artwork and spaces instead of faces. Your consent policy is the rule we follow, and any photo comes down as soon as a parent or the director asks.
Can parents register online?
Registration belongs in your childcare software, which we link to from the enrollment page. Our tour form collects only basic contact details and the child's age, never medical, custody or allergy information, which is better handled in person or in your software.
We have a waitlist. Can the website mention it?
Yes. A short note about which age groups are full and how the waitlist works sets honest expectations. You send updates and we change it within your monthly edit time.

3. 10 revision rounds
You review and request changes until it is right.
4. Launch and care
We launch, then Website Care keeps it hosted, backed up, checked weekly and A/B tested.
