The pages we build for a coffee shop website
Every site is built around how your customers actually choose a coffee shop. A typical build includes:
- ✓Home page
- ✓Menu
- ✓About
- ✓Location and hours
- ✓Order online link
Need more pages for every service or town you cover? Larger packages give you room to grow.

Here is our restaurant sample. Yours is designed around your business, your photos and your words.
The package most coffee shops start with
Most coffee shops fit Launch Website: $399 one-time for up to 5 pages, plus Website Care at $30/month. Every package includes a consultation, mobile-friendly design, copy we write for you, a contact form, essential search setup and 10 revision rounds.
Optional add-ons, billed separately
The prices above are for your website. These two are separate monthly products you can add now or later. Neither is part of the website price.
Monthly SEO, from $50/month: new pages published on your site every month. See Monthly SEO →
Business Spotlight, from $30/month: articles about your business, labeled as paid, published on The Company Chronicle. See Business Spotlight →
What the café site includes and where outside tools come in
- ✓Menu page — Espresso drinks, seasonal lattes, pastries and milk options as readable text, not a photo of your board.
- ✓Hours and location — Holiday hours, parking, outdoor seating and whether you have Wi-Fi or outlets, which remote workers check first.
- ✓Order-ahead link — We connect Square, Toast or whatever you use for mobile orders; that account and its fees stay with the provider.
- ✓Beans and merch — If you sell bags of beans or mugs through an online store you already run, we link to it.
- ✓Custom-scoped items — Subscription coffee shipping, wholesale accounts or a full online store are quoted separately.
What the café pays for, and what other providers charge
For the build, you pay your plan's price once, which covers design, copy, the menu and a contact or catering form. Website Care, $30/month, then handles hosting, HTTPS, backups and weekly checks, and a little monthly edit time lets the pumpkin latte come and go.
Mobile ordering, card processing, an online bean shop and your domain renewal are each billed by their own provider, and none of your sales pass through us.
How we build it with you
- Coffee chat: Tell us what makes the shop yours: roaster, food, music, the regulars.
- Menu and space: Send your current menu plus photos of the room and the drinks.
- Milk options and hours: The pages get drafted, and you double-check prices, hours and alternatives.
- Opening day online: When you approve, the site launches; seasonal menu changes become monthly small edits.
Coffee shop owners ask
Can the website take mobile orders?
Yes, by linking to your ordering tool, such as Square Online or Toast. Customers order there, and you receive the order the same way you do now. We don't build a separate ordering system that would need its own upkeep.
Do we need to update the menu every season?
Only if you want seasonal drinks to show. You send the change and we update it within Website Care's monthly edit time. Many cafés keep a short seasonal section so the main menu stays stable.
Can we host events like open mic?
Yes. An events section lists dates, sign-up details and anything performers should know. If you sell tickets through a platform, we link to it, and you send us new dates as they're set.
Will the site help remote workers find us?
It can answer their questions about Wi-Fi, outlets and laptop policy clearly. We can't promise search placement, but a page that answers those questions is much more useful than one that doesn't.
How it works
1. Consultation
We learn your services, customers and goals, in English or Spanish.
2. We write and design
We draft the words and build the site around your business.
3. 10 revision rounds
You review and request changes until it is right.
4. Launch and care
We launch, then Website Care keeps it hosted, backed up, checked weekly and A/B tested.
Proof from our own websites
We build and grow our own websites first. Across them, monthly Google impressions grew from 2,109 in March 2026 to 77,354 in September. See the results →
