The package most churches start with
Most churches fit Launch Website: $399 one-time for up to 5 pages, plus Website Care at $30/month. Every package includes a consultation, mobile-friendly design, copy we write for you, a contact form, essential search setup and 10 revision rounds.
Optional add-ons, billed separately
The prices above are for your website. These two are separate monthly products you can add now or later. Neither is part of the website price.
Monthly SEO, from $50/month: new pages published on your site every month. See Monthly SEO →
Business Spotlight, from $30/month: articles about your business, labeled as paid, published on The Company Chronicle. See Business Spotlight →
What your church site includes and what it connects to
- ✓Service times and directions — Sunday and midweek times, parking, the entrance to use and where children go, right on the first screen.
- ✓Plan your visit page — What to wear, how long services run, what happens in kids' ministry and whether someone will greet newcomers.
- ✓Online giving — We link to the giving platform your church already uses, such as Tithe.ly, Pushpay or Planning Center Giving; that account and its fees belong to the church.
- ✓Sermons and livestream — Embeds or links from YouTube, Vimeo or your podcast host, so recordings live where they already do.
- ✓Custom-scoped requests — Small group sign-up systems, event registration with payments or a member directory need separate scoping.
What the church will pay, and what other services bill
The church pays once, at the plan price, for design, ministry pages, the contact form and copy written with your staff. Website Care is $30/month for hosting, HTTPS, backups and weekly checks, and it's how a new sermon series title or Christmas Eve service times get posted.
Giving platforms keep their own processing fees, and video hosting, church management software and the domain renewal bill the church directly.
How we work with the pastor, staff or volunteers
- Welcome call: Whoever handles communications walks us through services, ministries and your community.
- Photos with permission: Staff names, ministry descriptions and photos of people who agreed to be shown.
- Pastoral review: We write the visitor-facing pages, and the pastor or a designated leader reviews the wording.
- A named approver: The person you choose gives final approval, then we launch.
- Kept in the church's name: The domain and content stay with the church, even when volunteers change.
Questions church leaders ask
Who owns the site if our volunteer moves away?
The church does. We set the domain and accounts up in the church's name, not a volunteer's, so a leadership change never locks you out. You tell us who is allowed to request changes, and you can update that list anytime.
Can we post the weekly bulletin?
Yes. A short weekly update or a link to a PDF bulletin works well for members who missed Sunday. Regular small changes like these fit within Website Care's monthly edit time, so the office just sends the file.
Do giving fees go to you?
No. Your giving platform sets and collects its own processing fees, and donations go straight to the church's account. We only add the link or embed, and we never see or handle any money given.
Can the site show photos of children?
Only with permission from parents or guardians. Many churches use photos where faces aren't visible, or group shots taken with consent. You decide your policy, and we follow it and remove any photo the moment you ask.
How it works
1. Consultation
We learn your services, customers and goals, in English or Spanish.
2. We write and design
We draft the words and build the site around your business.
3. 10 revision rounds
You review and request changes until it is right.
4. Launch and care
We launch, then Website Care keeps it hosted, backed up, checked weekly and A/B tested.
Proof from our own websites
We build and grow our own websites first. Across them, monthly Google impressions grew from 2,109 in March 2026 to 77,354 in September. See the results →
