The pages we build for a catering business website
Every site is built around how your customers actually choose a catering business. A typical build includes:
- ✓Home page with quote button
- ✓Menus
- ✓Events you cater
- ✓Gallery
- ✓Quote request form
Need more pages for every service or town you cover? Larger packages give you room to grow.

Here is our restaurant sample. Yours is designed around your business, your photos and your words.
The package most caterers start with
Most caterers fit Business Plus: $989 one-time for up to 20 pages, plus Website Care at $30/month. Every package includes a consultation, mobile-friendly design, copy we write for you, a contact form, essential search setup and 10 revision rounds.
Optional add-ons, billed separately
The prices above are for your website. These two are separate monthly products you can add now or later. Neither is part of the website price.
Monthly SEO, from $50/month: new pages published on your site every month. See Monthly SEO →
Business Spotlight, from $30/month: articles about your business, labeled as paid, published on The Company Chronicle. See Business Spotlight →
What your catering site includes and what it doesn't
- ✓Event menus — Separate menus for corporate lunches, weddings, family parties and drop-off trays, each with service styles like buffet or plated.
- ✓Quote request form — Collects the event date, guest count, venue, service style and dietary needs, so your first reply can include real numbers.
- ✓Delivery and service area — The towns you deliver to and any travel or minimum-order notes, written in your words.
- ✓Deposit link — We connect the invoicing or deposit tool you use, or help you set up Square; the account and its processing fees are yours.
- ✓Custom-scoped tools — Online ordering with live per-person pricing or a tasting scheduler is quoted separately.
How the cost of a catering website breaks down
Building the site costs the one-time price on your plan, and that includes event menus, the quote form, design and copy. Keeping it online is Website Care, $30/month, which pays for hosting, HTTPS, backups and weekly checks, plus room for small edits like a new fall menu.
Deposit or invoicing tools, a tray-ordering platform and the domain renewal send their own bills. If you hire an event photographer, that's between the two of you.
How we build a catering site with you
- Menu review: You share current menus and tell us which events you want more of.
- Real setups: Pictures of buffet lines, plated courses and table settings; we choose and caption them.
- Portions and minimums: We write menu descriptions, and you correct portions, minimums and service styles.
- Sign-off and seasonal swaps: After your approval we launch, and later menu swaps run through Website Care.
Caterers ask us this a lot
Should we show per-person prices?
That's your call. Some caterers show starting prices to filter out mismatched budgets, while others prefer to quote every event. We write whichever approach you use, and we never invent numbers or round them for you.
Can the form handle allergy and dietary requests?
Yes. We add fields for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergy notes, so the request lands with what you need to plan. You decide how you respond to those needs, and we don't make safety promises on your behalf.
Can corporate clients reorder lunches online?
If you use an ordering platform, we link it from the site and they reorder there, with their saved details kept by that platform. A reorder system built into the website itself is custom work we'd scope and quote separately.
We're booked for months in wedding season. Can the site tell couples?
Yes. A short note about how far ahead your dates fill encourages couples to reach out early. When availability opens up, send us the change and we update it as a small edit.
How it works
1. Consultation
We learn your services, customers and goals, in English or Spanish.
2. We write and design
We draft the words and build the site around your business.
3. 10 revision rounds
You review and request changes until it is right.
4. Launch and care
We launch, then Website Care keeps it hosted, backed up, checked weekly and A/B tested.
Proof from our own websites
We build and grow our own websites first. Across them, monthly Google impressions grew from 2,109 in March 2026 to 77,354 in September. See the results →
