Here is our restaurant sample. Yours is designed around your business, your photos and your words.
The package most bars start with
Most bars fit Launch Website: $399 one-time for up to 5 pages, plus Website Care at $30/month. Every package includes a consultation, mobile-friendly design, copy we write for you, a contact form, essential search setup and 10 revision rounds.
Optional add-ons, billed separately
The prices above are for your website. These two are separate monthly products you can add now or later. Neither is part of the website price.
Monthly SEO, from $50/month: new pages published on your site every month. See Monthly SEO →
Business Spotlight, from $30/month: articles about your business, labeled as paid, published on The Company Chronicle. See Business Spotlight →
What your bar's site includes, and what it links to
- ✓Events page — Trivia nights, live bands, karaoke and game-day watch parties listed by date, kept current through your monthly edit time.
- ✓Drink and food menu — Cocktails, drafts on tap and kitchen hours shown as text that loads fast on a phone, not a blurry photo of a chalkboard.
- ✓Private party request — A form that asks for the date, headcount, time window and whether they want a buyout or a reserved section.
- ✓Ticketing or reservations link — If you sell event tickets or take tables through Eventbrite, OpenTable or similar, we connect it; that account and its fees stay with the provider.
- ✓Age notice — A plain line that you're 21 and over, worded the way you choose.
Paying for a bar's website: our part and theirs
We charge a single build fee at your plan's price for design, copy, the events layout and the private-party form. Then there's Website Care, $30/month, covering hosting, HTTPS, backups and a weekly look at the site, with small monthly edits that suit a rotating lineup of bands and specials.
Eventbrite, OpenTable, kitchen ordering apps and your domain registrar invoice you themselves. We take no cut of tickets or bookings.
How we get your bar online
- Walkthrough: You tell us your regular nights, the crowd you're after and the private events you host.
- Night shots: Drink lists, food menus and room photos, ideally taken with the lights the way guests see them.
- Events built to update: Copy gets written and the events page is set up so new dates go up quickly.
- Approve, then the weekly rhythm: You sign off after revisions, and lineup changes come to us as small edits.
What bar owners ask us
Can we update the events list ourselves?
The simplest route is sending us changes, which go up as part of your Website Care edit time. If your lineup changes daily, we can link to a ticketing page or social feed that you update yourself, so the site never lags behind.
Can we post happy hour specials?
Yes, written exactly as you run them, including days and times. Rules on advertising drink specials vary by place, so check yours; we follow the wording you give us and don't add claims of our own.
Will the private party form take deposits?
The form collects the details so you can reply with a quote. If you take deposits, we connect a Square link or the tool you already use, and that company's processing fees apply rather than anything from us.
We already have a busy Instagram. Why a site too?
Instagram is great for the vibe, but people searching for trivia night or your kitchen hours need a page that answers quickly. The site links to your social accounts so both work together.
How it works
1. Consultation
We learn your services, customers and goals, in English or Spanish.
2. We write and design
We draft the words and build the site around your business.
3. 10 revision rounds
You review and request changes until it is right.
4. Launch and care
We launch, then Website Care keeps it hosted, backed up, checked weekly and A/B tested.
Proof from our own websites
We build and grow our own websites first. Across them, monthly Google impressions grew from 2,109 in March 2026 to 77,354 in September. See the results →
