The package most barbershops start with
Most barbershops fit Launch Website: $399 one-time for up to 5 pages, plus Website Care at $30/month. Every package includes a consultation, mobile-friendly design, copy we write for you, a contact form, essential search setup and 10 revision rounds.
Optional add-ons, billed separately
The prices above are for your website. These two are separate monthly products you can add now or later. Neither is part of the website price.
Monthly SEO, from $50/month: new pages published on your site every month. See Monthly SEO →
Business Spotlight, from $30/month: articles about your business, labeled as paid, published on The Company Chronicle. See Business Spotlight →
What's built into the shop's site, and what's connected
- ✓Book-a-chair button — Sits on every page and opens the booking app you already use, like Booksy, Square Appointments or Vagaro; the app account is yours.
- ✓Barber profiles — Each barber gets a photo, specialties such as skin fades or beard work, and a direct link to their own booking calendar.
- ✓Walk-in policy — A short, clear note on whether you take walk-ins, which days are appointment-only and how late the last cut starts.
- ✓Cut gallery — Photos of real fades, tapers and lineups from your chairs, shot by your team and organized by style.
- ✓Custom-scoped items — Product shops, gift card systems or a loyalty program need their own conversation and quote.
The bill for a barbershop site, explained
Your build is paid one time at the plan price, which takes care of design, copy, barber profiles and booking links. Website Care costs $30/month and keeps the site hosted and secure, backed up and checked every week, and that's where a new barber or changed Sunday hours gets handled.
Booksy, Vagaro or whichever app you use charges its own subscription and no-show or card fees, and the domain renews through your registrar. Retail sales through Square carry Square's processing.
How we put it together without slowing the shop
- Consult between cuts: A short call about the vibe, your services and how booking works now.
- Cuts and crew: Send cut photos and a line or two about each barber; we write the profiles.
- Every button wired: Each barber's button gets pointed at the right calendar, then checked.
- Your nod: Ten revision rounds are there if you need them, and nothing launches before you approve.
Barbers usually want to know
Can each barber have their own booking link?
Yes. If your app gives every barber a separate calendar, each profile gets its own button. Clients who stick with one person can skip the shop-wide calendar and book straight with them, which is how regulars like it.
Do I have to switch away from Booksy?
No. We work with the app you already pay for, and the site simply sends people to it. If you have no booking tool yet, we can help you set up Square Appointments instead, and that account is opened in your name.
What if a barber leaves?
Send us a note and we remove the profile and link as a small edit under Website Care. Their photos come down too, so nobody books a chair for someone who no longer works there.
Can we list prices for kids' cuts and add-ons?
Yes. We lay out your full service menu, including kids' cuts, hot towel shaves and eyebrow work, with prices you give us. Your booking app may show its own prices, so we keep both in sync when you change them.
How it works
1. Consultation
We learn your services, customers and goals, in English or Spanish.
2. We write and design
We draft the words and build the site around your business.
3. 10 revision rounds
You review and request changes until it is right.
4. Launch and care
We launch, then Website Care keeps it hosted, backed up, checked weekly and A/B tested.
Proof from our own websites
We build and grow our own websites first. Across them, monthly Google impressions grew from 2,109 in March 2026 to 77,354 in September. See the results →
