Here is our restaurant sample. Yours is designed around your business, your photos and your words.
The package most bakeries start with
Most bakeries fit Launch Website: $399 one-time for up to 5 pages, plus Website Care at $30/month. Every package includes a consultation, mobile-friendly design, copy we write for you, a contact form, essential search setup and 10 revision rounds.
Optional add-ons, billed separately
The prices above are for your website. These two are separate monthly products you can add now or later. Neither is part of the website price.
Monthly SEO, from $50/month: new pages published on your site every month. See Monthly SEO →
Business Spotlight, from $30/month: articles about your business, labeled as paid, published on The Company Chronicle. See Business Spotlight →
What's in your bakery's site, and what comes from elsewhere
- ✓Daily case and menu — Breads, pastries and the weekend-only items, set up so you can tell us when the lineup changes.
- ✓Custom cake request form — Asks for the date, servings, flavor, design ideas and an inspiration photo, so you can quote without a long back-and-forth.
- ✓Online ordering link — If you take preorders through Square, Toast or another tool, we connect it; that ordering account and its fees stay with that provider.
- ✓Allergen and ingredient notes — A plain section in your words about nuts, gluten and shared equipment, written from what you tell us.
What a bakery pays us, and what it pays others
Your plan's price is a one-time charge for designing and writing the site, the custom-order form and the menu pages. Website Care, at $30/month, keeps it hosted on HTTPS, backed up and checked weekly, and the monthly edit time comes in handy when holiday preorder dates shift.
Ordering apps and card processing charge on their own terms, your registrar handles the domain renewal, and licensed stock photos, if you pick any, are billed by the stock site.
How we build it around baking hours
- Early-hours consult: We talk at a time that suits early starts, and you share your bestsellers and custom-cake rules.
- Menu and product shots: Send your current menu and photos; we sort them by breads, pastries and cakes.
- Lead times and pickup rules: We draft the pages and order-form questions, and you check every lead time and flavor.
- Taste test of the site: After up to 10 rounds of tweaks and your yes, it goes live.
Questions bakers bring us
Can people pay for a custom cake on the site?
Yes, through a payment or deposit link from the tool you use, often Square. We help set it up if you don't have one. The processor's fees come from them. Many bakers quote first, then send the deposit link once the design is agreed.
How do we handle holiday preorder cutoffs?
We add a clear notice with the cutoff date and pickup window, and you send us the new dates each season as a small edit. When orders close, the banner says so, so people stop calling about pies you can't make.
Can the menu change every day?
A daily-changing menu works best when it lives in the ordering tool or on your social accounts, which we link from the site. The site itself shows your regular lineup and favorites, which change less often.
We do wedding cakes too. Separate page?
Usually, yes. Couples want tasting details, tiers and delivery and setup notes, which differ from a birthday order. A dedicated page with its own request form keeps those inquiries organized.
How it works
1. Consultation
We learn your services, customers and goals, in English or Spanish.
2. We write and design
We draft the words and build the site around your business.
3. 10 revision rounds
You review and request changes until it is right.
4. Launch and care
We launch, then Website Care keeps it hosted, backed up, checked weekly and A/B tested.
Proof from our own websites
We build and grow our own websites first. Across them, monthly Google impressions grew from 2,109 in March 2026 to 77,354 in September. See the results →
