The pages we build for a accounting firm website
Every site is built around how your customers actually choose a accounting firm. A typical build includes:
- ✓Home page with consultation button
- ✓Services pages
- ✓Industries you serve
- ✓About the firm
- ✓Contact form
Need more pages for every service or town you cover? Larger packages give you room to grow.

Here is our accounting sample. Yours is designed around your business, your photos and your words.
The package most accountants start with
Most accountants fit Business Plus: $989 one-time for up to 20 pages, plus Website Care at $30/month. Every package includes a consultation, mobile-friendly design, copy we write for you, a contact form, essential search setup and 10 revision rounds.
Optional add-ons, billed separately
The prices above are for your website. These two are separate monthly products you can add now or later. Neither is part of the website price.
Monthly SEO, from $50/month: new pages published on your site every month. See Monthly SEO →
Business Spotlight, from $30/month: articles about your business, labeled as paid, published on The Company Chronicle. See Business Spotlight →
What the firm's site includes, and where it stops
- ✓Service pages for each line of work — Tax preparation, monthly bookkeeping, payroll and advisory each get their own page, written from notes you give us.
- ✓Consultation request form — It asks for name, contact details, entity type and the service needed, and tells visitors not to type Social Security numbers or attach returns.
- ✓Scheduling link — If you already book discovery calls through Calendly, Microsoft Bookings or a similar tool, we link or embed it; that scheduling account stays yours.
- ✓Custom-scoped work — Anything that stores client files, signs people in or calculates figures sits outside a standard build, so we talk it through before quoting.
What you pay for, and what stays on other bills
The build is priced once, by plan size, and covers design, drafted copy, the consultation form and your service pages. Website Care at $30/month adds managed hosting, HTTPS, backups and weekly checks, and its half hour of monthly edits suits filing-deadline notices.
Your domain renewal, firm mailbox, scheduling tool and file-exchange service are paid to those providers. Monthly SEO is an optional add-on for later.
How the build runs alongside a busy firm
- Kickoff call: You walk us through your client mix, the industries you serve and which services you want to grow.
- Credentials and bios: Designations, partner bios and headshots come from you; only credentials you supply get published.
- Partner review: We draft every page in plain language, and a partner or principal checks it for accuracy.
- Written sign-off: Ten revision rounds are available, and the firm approves in writing before launch.
Questions accountants ask before hiring us
Can we time the launch around tax season?
Yes. Plenty of firms gather content in the quieter months and launch before January. Tell us your blackout weeks at kickoff and we schedule reviews around them, so nobody approves drafts during the April crunch.
Will the website give tax advice?
No. The pages describe your services and who you work with in general terms. Anything that reads like guidance on a specific situation is written or approved by you, and the site encourages visitors to talk with the firm about their own circumstances.
Can clients upload documents through the site?
We don't build a document vault or sign-in area. The site points clients to whatever secure method your firm already uses for files, and the contact form deliberately asks for basic details only, so nothing sensitive sits in an inbox by accident.
We have three partners and a niche in restaurants. Can the site show that?
Yes. Each partner can have a bio, and an industries page can speak to restaurant owners about the bookkeeping and payroll questions they actually bring you, written from your examples rather than generic filler.
How it works
1. Consultation
We learn your services, customers and goals, in English or Spanish.
2. We write and design
We draft the words and build the site around your business.
3. 10 revision rounds
You review and request changes until it is right.
4. Launch and care
We launch, then Website Care keeps it hosted, backed up, checked weekly and A/B tested.
Proof from our own websites
We build and grow our own websites first. Across them, monthly Google impressions grew from 2,109 in March 2026 to 77,354 in September. See the results →
